Deposit and Cancellation Policy

We require a 50% non refundable deposit to confirm your booking.

The remaining fee will be charged one month prior to your event. At this point the booking is non-refundable and non-changeable.

You agree to:

• Only use the space for the purpose communicated with us and return the space back to how you found it.

• Respect the other studio residents within Anerley Works.

You may not:

• Use the upper level of the studio. Please respect that this is out of bounds, please do not go upstairs.

• Move the large furniture, wall hangings or the reception desk at the front of the room.

• Remove anything from the building.

• Nail or pin anything into any of the walls.

• Interfere with any of the space’s safety and security equipment, including moving fire extinguishers, covering the fire alarm or blocking the front door.

You understand:

• The space will only be available to you between the times you have booked. Your hire is inclusive of setup and pack down times.

• We are a staff free venue. There will be someone there to meet you & help you navigate the space. Once the space has been tidied by yourselves someone will meet you to close the studio.

House Rules:

• You can use candles, incense etc. however be mindful of the fabrics within the space.

• Please clean the mats with sprays provided, roll them shiny side up and put them back on the shelf at the end of the event.

• Please do not run over the agreed time.

• Please use the bin provided for any waste.

• We advise you to lock the door from the inside for the duration of the event, so you are not disturbed and your personal belongings are safe. We do not take responsibility for personal items stored in the space during the event, or anything left in the space after the event.

Your responsibilities:

• In case of fire, you must immediately evacuate all of your guests (including checking the toilets).

• You are responsible for how your guests use and respect the space. Please be mindful.

Damage

You are liable for any costs to replace or fix any damages to the venue or missing items, including but not limited to:

• missing Yoga, Pilates or other equipment

• furniture stains that can not be removed or need to be treated professionally

• missing items from the studio

• damage to equipment or electrical’s or anything else within the studio space

• damage to the doors, walls, window glass or curtains
